Rihanna was spotted, continuing her promotion, looked simply gamourous and elegant as she attended the 2009 Women of the Year hosted by Glamour Magazine in New York City last Monday, where she was honored as “The Back-On-Top Superstar” or “The Glamourous Woman of The Year”.
